Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the house. Please note that, as we are in a mountain area, speeds may vary!

There are beginner slopes 400m away from the chalet, perfect for children and adults learning how to ski. There is a fantastic restaurant right on the slope, Le Rouet, great for a cheeky hot chocolate break whilst you watch your kids.

Otherwise, the Grand Massif Express is a 10min drive away. There is plenty of parking at the bottom. The Grand Massif ski area connects Sixt, Samoens, Morillon, Les Carroz, and Flaine: 265 km of pistes, 139+ slopes. Great for all levels.

There is also a ski shuttle that stops 50m from our chalet.

Yes, the house is suitable for families with children. There is a room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds in total), and if requested we can provide 2 cot beds and 1 high chair.

Please note that, as with many mountain homes, parental supervision is required in outdoor areas, especially around the hot tub when in use.

Yes. The house is fully self-catered and includes a very well-equipped, semi-professional kitchen so you can cook and eat at your own pace. If you would like a break from cooking, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, you can also contact some private chefs in the area like Jess, whom we know well.

A car is strongly recommended, especially in winter, to allow easy access to ski areas, shops, and nearby activities.

Yes, bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

We regret that for the moment we cannot accept pets.

There is a Sherpa (small supermarket with all the essentials) as well as a great bakery "Tiffanie" in Sixt (4min drive) to get your fresh bread, pastries, and sandwiches.

For a bigger shop, we recommend going to Carrefour Market Samoëns which is much larger (12min drive).
